In short: what you convert never reaches us. We count page views and ad views without cookies and without storing your IP address.

Your data in the tools

The converters run in your browser with JavaScript. Text, images and files you encode or decode are processed on your device and are not sent to, stored on or logged by our servers. The only exception is the optional JSON API: data you send to it is converted in memory and immediately discarded; it is not stored or logged.

What we count

Page views per page and day (a number, nothing else) - to know which tools people use and to price the ad places.
Tool use per tool and day, for example "image to Base64 - copy: 120". Never what you converted.
Ad views and clicks per ad and day. To stop repeat clicks from being billed, a one-way hash of the IP address and browser of a click is kept in memory for at most 30 minutes; it is never written to disk.
Server logs of the hosting provider may record IP addresses for security for a short time.

Cookies

Visitors of the tools get no cookies. The site only stores your light/dark theme choice in your browser (local storage). Advertisers and administrators who sign in get a session cookie that ends when they sign out.

Advertisers

If you create an advertiser account we store your company details, contact name, e-mail, phone, tax ID and address to run your campaigns and to issue invoices, plus your bookings, ads, invoices, payment slips and statistics. We keep invoices as long as tax law requires. Card payments are handled by our payment provider; we never see or store card numbers.

Ads and their images are delivered from this site. Advertisers do not get any information about you. When you click an ad you go to the advertiser's website, where their own privacy policy applies; the link may contain UTM tags that tell them the click came from this site.

Your rights

You can ask us which personal data we hold about you, have it corrected or deleted (where we are not obliged to keep it, such as invoices), and object to its use. This follows the Thai Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA) and the EU GDPR. Write to support@example.com.
